it's thursday, i turned on the telly after a heavy dinner expecting (but not hoping) to catch Ugly Betty, but the VS fashion show was on instead. my self esteem bungee jumped itself upon seeing the leaned and toned, absolutely-zero-fat-content bodies, the never ending slender legs, and the long curly tresses.

immediately, i brought forth my hoola hoop and spun it as fast and vigorous as i could for about 10 minutes hoping to spin away the guilt from the entire tube of fruit tip pastilles i ate today (not forgetting my heavy late dinner at 830pm)...... want to die man.

nevermind, i then decided to give myself a break and took a shower, hoping to forget the whole self-diminishing VS fashion show but guess what? no way, jose! i think channel 5 is out to get me tonight. christina aguilera's concert (nevermind about the concert, it's more of the boobs however fake they are, and those legs!!!!!!!) made me do 100 crunches :-S

now, they're showing america's next top model.. should i go for a jog?
