just got back from the lengkuns gathering.

the first one in 2008, and after so many friggin' months.

besides the anti-social joe pee, everyone else was present.

we even bumped into mel after dinner :)

but before i go on about the gathering,

lemme narrate an incident that happened yesterday.

a VERY ridiculous one.

GC and myself were gonna get groceries from one of the NTUCs at bishan after a swim and we decided to park the car at one of the HDB carparks across. as we were about to drive off after the purchase, an old, fuck-knows-what car shoved into the empty lot on our left. the driver opened his door and conveniently banged onto ours. we stared at him and he walked away nonchalantly without even apologising or whatsoever. GC got so pissed off that she got out of the car and confronted that old son-of-a-bitch.

make a guess on what his reply was.

"bo bian lah, the car lot so small, sure will bang what."

!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

hello?? you could have the courtesy to exercise some care while opening your damn door and made the effort to avoid hitting our car??!?! and even if it's really "bo bian" that you have to hit, you could have fucking apologised?!?!

i cannot believe how fucked up and ridiculous some singaporeans can get.

sighs.

okay back to the gathering....

we had dinner at taka's crystal jade and for the 3rd time this CNY, i lo hei-ed again.

twice at becca's place (which made me LS every other day).
