it's unnerving how a person's mood can swing from one end to the other.
or perhaps it's just me.

everyone in town knows i havent got the greatest temper around.
and i am not proud of it at all.

was feeling really bummed out after break today and got very annoyed with every little thing that happened.

it was so bad i could hardly concentrate in lecture.
even mok's jokes didnt seem half as funny as they usually are.

i think it's PMS.
a very bad case of it.

about 2 hours ago, i experienced one of the worst cramps ever.
it hurt so so bad i had to stay in the loo for like an hour or so.

bad mood + bad cramps = a very angry jo


i sincerely apologise to those that i've unintentionally pissed the shit out of due to my foul temper.
a job well done that i've decided to stay home though it's a friday.
