my gosh. i am an ugly fat ogre.
each time i slump my heavy ass (guiltily) down the chair after lunch, the fats simply squirt out in all directions you can ever imagine. seriously! this is not good. even my mum and sis swear that i've put on a pound or two, or more, and claim that i look better than before. (do you honestly think cows are attractive??)
who can i blame but myself? i haven't really been exercising since erm, i lost count of when, besides pilates lessons everyweek, which do not count. no, this can't do. i need to embark on a new magical exercise journey. some swimming or jogging might do the trick. and i'd better take up some sporty ccas when school starts, or before you know it, i might just explode (nono, the non-terrorist way) right in front of you when we're sipping nice, fragrant, all-healthy flora tea one afternoon.i look something like this, minus the cute factor of course:
