First day of work at Syndicated Finance sounds oh so challenging and uptight isn't it? Well guess what? The posh way of describing my job scope would be to act as a supporting role for 2 VPs and 2 AVPs. Reality?! PA for them all.

I'm required to:
-  Book flights/hotels for their business trips
-  Arrange for meetings
-  Book meeting rooms
-  Call up vendors (like buying 6 bloody Mont Blanc pens that cost SGD280 each just for the signing ceremony and dump away thereafter. WTH?!)
-  Create worksheets
-  Claim expenses
-  Requisitions
and i believe there'll be more shittified things lar.

Lunch today was da best.
My sister wasnt available.
Mildred (my VP) couldnt take me out for lunch, and it was perfectly fine.
Boey (the other VP) is outta town.
Libing (the temp staff that's currently handing over the work to me) went for an interview.
Chang (the Vietnamese girl who's studying in the States but having her internship here had another lunch appointment).
So I was asked to lunch with Joey (this sg guy who's studying in London but here for internship too. Oh, and he was from Hwa Chong JC. *rolls eyes*)
Fine. Lunch was it with Joey. AND HIS FRIENDS.
He asked his friends who happen to work at DBS as well to join us for lunch. Fine.
The first best part: he actually introduced me to his friends by saying "This is Josephine, the new SECRETARY". Thanks a lot.

Second best part: On our way to Maxwell market, i was like a friggin pet dog tagging along. The 3 of them were talking bout work as well as stuff bout London. May i add that they didnt even bother to turn and check if I was still around? WTF?! How gentlemenly is that?! Not like it really bothered me whether they did talk to me or not, but you know.. Oh wells.

Then they started to ask me like
"So, you just graduated?"
"Yah"
"Where from?"
"Nanyang Poly"
-disgusted- "Oh okay."
****End of conversation****

Yes, so there you go. Stereotyping once again. I know im not the smartest ass around. I didnt graduate from NUS NTU SMU SIM or whatever crap. But please, gimme a break. Stop screwing me.
God please help!
